Aggie Pressure Washing LLC Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Aggie Pressure Washing LLC website and services. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

Aggie Pressure Washing LLC provides power washing services. The specific services offered are detailed on our Services page. We strive to provide high-quality service, but we cannot guarantee specific results.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment for services is due upon completion of the work. Details regarding payment methods and schedules are outlined in our separate quote documents.

4. Liability Limitation

Aggie Pressure Washing LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

6. Changes to Terms

Aggie Pressure Washing LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.

8. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Aggie Pressure Washing LLC regarding your use of our website and services, superseding all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

9. Money back guarantee

The money back guarantee must be requested within 24hrs of completing the job.  The customer must email joel@aggie-pressure-washing.com with the request.  The guarantee will only be honored for services rendered i.e. if the customer ordered a exterior soft wash and declined window cleaning the guarantee will not be honored if the customer is unhappy with the windows.

10. Estimates and Quotes

We reserve the right to adjust online and site unseen estimates to accurately reflect the services being rendered. A quote is the final price. The quote will be given to the customer prior to services starting. The customer will agree by electronically accepting and signing the quote.

11. Photos and Videos

We reserve the right to film and take before and after photos for marketing to the general public.

12. Cancellation Fee

There is a minimum cancellation fee of $50 if services are not cancelled more than 24hours in advance.

Aggie Pressure Washing LLC – Hosing & Closing Guarantee Agreement

This agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Aggie Pressure Washing LLC (“Service Provider”) and the undersigned Homeowner or Real Estate Agent (“Client”). By signing this Agreement, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions regarding pressure washing and soft washing services provided for residential properties:

  1. Guarantee

    • The Client will not owe payment for services if the property does not sell barring any of the conditions set forth below.

  2. Eligibility & Minimums

    • To access this offer, the total services must meet a minimum of $200.

    • All services have a $200 minimum, regardless of service(s) requested.

    • Your home must be currently listed for sale or being placed on the market within 7 days of the completion of service by Aggie Pressure Washing.

  3. Payment Terms

    • If the property is delisted sooner than 30 days from the date services were completed or the home was listed, whichever comes last, the client agrees to pay in full within 72 hours of delisting.

    • If the client relists the property within six months of delisting, payment will not be due until closing. (Free touch ups prior to relisting. See below regarding touch up limitations.)

    • The title company selected as the transactor must accept the invoice and be the party responsible for transaction of payment(s).

    • If the property is delisted and subsequently relisted, the Client remains responsible for payment upon closing through the title company as set for in the previous bullet point.

    • Payment will be accepted by check/electronic payment from the title company.

    • Payment from the client will only be accepted through the online billing software set up by Aggie Pressure Washing LLC.

  4. Service Warranty

    • Touch-up work for all purchased service(s) is/are free until the home sells, with the following limitations.

    • Concrete touch-up is free only if the concrete sealing service was purchased.

    • Tire marks on driveway post cleaning are the responsibility of the homeowner or subject to additional cleaning fee.

    • A touch up service is defined as all services necessary to restore the home to it’s original state of clean upon the completion of Aggie Pressure Washing LLC. Should this require more than 1hr of time for any and all services, the homeowner will be given an updated invoice with the appropriate additional fees added.

  5. Acknowledgment & Acceptance

    • By signing below, the Client acknowledges that they understand and accept the terms of this agreement and agree to adhere to all payment conditions outlined herein.
